Our Services
Five core areas. We don't do everything—we do these things well.
Web Development
We build websites and web applications that work. That means responsive design, fast load times, and code that doesn't fall apart when you need to make changes.
Our stack varies by project. For content-heavy sites, we might use WordPress or a static generator. For apps with lots of interactivity—dashboards, booking systems, admin panels—we lean on React or Vue. We pick the tool that fits, not the one we're most comfortable with.
Recent projects include a patient portal for a medical practice, an internal scheduling tool for a logistics company, and a public-facing directory for a local business association. Each had different requirements; each got a solution built for its specific use case.
Typical timeline: 4–12 weeks depending on scope. We provide a detailed proposal before any work begins, with milestones and clear deliverables.
Mobile App Development
iOS and Android apps for businesses that need a presence on phones. We build native apps when performance matters, and cross-platform (React Native) when budget and timeline are tighter.
We've built apps for food ordering, field service dispatching, inventory management, and customer loyalty programs. The common factor: users need to do something on their phone that a website can't do as well.
App Store and Google Play submission is included. We handle the technical side; you'll need to provide business verification and assets (icons, screenshots). We can guide you through that process.
Expect 8–16 weeks for a typical MVP. Ongoing maintenance and updates are available on a retainer basis.
Custom Software
When spreadsheets and off-the-shelf software stop working, custom is the answer. We build internal tools, workflow automation, and business applications that fit your process instead of forcing you to fit theirs.
Examples: An inventory and ordering system for a wholesale distributor. A CRM built around how a real estate team actually works. A dispatch system for a plumbing company with multiple trucks and technicians.
These projects usually start with a discovery phase—we spend time understanding your workflow before writing code. That upfront investment saves a lot of rework later.
Timeline varies. Small tools: 4–8 weeks. Larger systems: 3–6 months. We break everything into phases so you're not waiting six months to see something usable.
E-commerce Solutions
Online stores that convert. We work with WooCommerce for WordPress sites, Shopify for stores that need a robust platform, and custom builds when you have complex requirements (subscriptions, B2B pricing, multi-vendor, etc.).
Payment integration (Stripe, PayPal, Square) is standard. We also handle shipping calculations, tax configuration, and inventory sync when you're selling across multiple channels.
One client came to us after their previous developer left them with a WooCommerce site that broke every time they updated a plugin. We rebuilt it properly, locked down the dependencies, and documented everything. They've been running smoothly for 18 months.
Typical e-commerce project: 6–10 weeks from kickoff to launch. We can also handle ongoing maintenance and feature additions.
API & Integrations
Your tools need to talk to each other. We build and connect APIs so data flows between your website, CRM, accounting software, payment processor, and whatever else you use.
Common integrations: QuickBooks, Xero, Salesforce, HubSpot, ShipStation, Stripe, Square, Twilio. We've also built custom APIs for clients who need to expose their data to partners or third-party apps.
Integration work can be standalone (just wire up the systems) or part of a larger project. We document everything so your team—or a future developer—can understand what's connected and how.
Timeline: 1–4 weeks for most integrations. Complex multi-system projects can run longer.
